How We Can Help
When prospective clients ask us how we can help in general, our answer is usually some variation of the following. It depends on you really; what you’re made of, what you want to achieve, what you can do, and what you're willing to do. We consult, manage, and design, to greater and lesser degrees depending on the client; their existing personnel, service commitments, schedules, budgets, etc.
Ideally, we will begin with research into one or more of your brands’ identity design, messaging, current and past marketing communications, if applicable, that of your key competitors, the market in general, and your existing and former clients, for example. This might include the sourcing of existing market research, the planning and execution of surveys and/or focus groups, some or all of the above.
The information acquired from research can then be analyzed to gain a clearer understanding of your brand’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT). The results of such an analysis will enable us to assist you in developing wise marketing strategies given your circumstances, and in formulating a comprehensive plan to guide your marketing efforts in the short and long terms.
We might continue at this stage with the implementation of management and creative initiatives, such as assigning and directing personnel, branding and packaging design, advertising creation, media buying, media relations, and marketing collateral creation, to list a few examples.
If we have it our way, focus groups would help us at every stage to ensure our work resonates with your target audience(s) before it is published, the campaigns would be continually monitored, and the results analyzed in order to ensure continued growth.
The above might be approached in a number of different ways and on different levels depending on you and your circumstances, and we are always happy to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDA) with our clients, so that you are comfortable discussing your business openly, so that we can do our job: help you to provide for needs and wants profitably and ethically.
Similar principles apply in reaching out to potential investors.
